"Organizer" means Earth Water Foundation. "Event" means EAW Global Aqua Expo 2026, to be held 6—8 August 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. "Exhibitor" means any company or person who books exhibition space or services. "Portal" means this online exhibitor management system.
Exhibition space and services are confirmed only after a signed contract and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Allocation of stall number and location is at the Organizer's discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to relocate stalls where operationally necessary.
All payments must be made in the currency stated on the invoice (INR for Indian exhibitors, USD for international exhibitors). Online payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, a third-party payment gateway. Applicable GST is charged on all domestic invoices as per Indian tax law. Payment schedules, if agreed, must be honored on the stated due dates.
Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, fire and safety regulations, and Organizer guidelines. Booth designs for bare-space stands require Organizer approval before construction. Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods, staff conduct, and any damage caused to the venue or shared infrastructure.
Cancellation of confirmed bookings is governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale based on how close to the event the cancellation is made.
The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property, nor for any indirect or consequential loss. Exhibitors are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance. In the event the Event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control (including force majeure, government order, or public emergency), the Organizer's liability is limited as set out in the Refunds Policy.
Exhibitor details submitted through the Portal are used solely for event administration, directory listing, and statutory compliance. The Organizer will not sell exhibitor data to unrelated third parties. Logos and company information provided for the show directory may be reproduced in event materials.
The Organizer may amend these terms where required for legal, safety, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated to registered exhibitors.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
